INVITATION FOR BIDS The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm (local time), April 26, 2022, for the Environmental Assessment of Kodiak Island Borough Mental Health Facilities. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Hazardous Materials Survey and Phase 1/Limited Phase II Site Assessment for the site and property located at 717 Rezanof Drive, Kodiak, AK 99615. All work must be substantially complete not later than June 15th, 2022, and final completion achieved not later than June 30th, 2022. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on April 18th, 2022, at 10:00 am (local time) at the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. A walk through of the 717 Rezanof Drive property will be conducted at that time.
