The Bureau of Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the United States Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB), intends to award a sole source award to Knovel Corporation for Knovel subscription renewal. This subscription will provide CSB with access to 2407 reference titles. The majority of the publications that are available electronically are copyrighted and licensed specifically to Knovel.

BPD will consider all affirmative responses received at [email protected] no later than the close of business on Tuesday, March 3, 2009. A request for more information is not considered an affirmative response. If no response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the government, a sole source award will be made to Knovel Corporation.
