This is a Notice of Intent from the Naval Air Systems Command, Aircraft Division (NAVAIR AD), Patuxent River, Maryland to contract using other than full and open competition basis with Consona CRM, Inc. of Indianapolis, IN to provide additional KNOVA software maintenance under current contract N00421-08-C-0084. The contract’s current period of performance is from 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2013 (inclusive of one-year base period and four one-year option periods). This increase will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The contract is a follow-on to the following procurements: (1) Contract N00421-07-C-0001, Purchase order N00421-07-P-0871, and Contract HC1028-08-P-2192/N00019-08-MP-3031 for continued KNOVA software maintenance.
