DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order to provide Navy ERP with KNOVA  Knowledge Desk software license and maintenance to Navy ERP, Patuxent River, MD.  KNOVA is the only known source for this proprietary software.  KNOVA software allows Navy ERP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture, organize, manage, and analyze all content and resources used to resolve customer problems. SMEs interface throught a web site with the database, and are directly able to create new content; update, validate, and approve existing content; categorize content within their subject area; and participate in a fully automated and secure QA Review Process.  The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519.  The period of performance, (maintenance only) is 01 Feb 09 through 30 Sep 09.  Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance and support must complete the solicitation, HC1028-09-T-2063 available at http://www.fbo.gov/., and  returne via email to [email protected].  The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order.  Offerors must have permission to service the intellectural property rights of KNOVA software
