Remove and re-install existing lightning protection system; remove and dispose of existing roofing. Remove and block out existing chimney. Furnish and install new roofing system carrying a 10 year warranty and including a new plywood (or approved equal) substrate. Acceptable roofing systems are Built up asphalt roofing, Modified bitumen, and EPDM. Berray Mountain Lookout is not accessible by vehicle.
