The 934th Airlift Wing, 760 Military Highway, Minneapolis ARS MN 55450-2100 is seeking professional services for the Inspecting/Testing/Maintaining/Cleaning/& Service Calls for Hoods & Ducts located at this installation. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to semi-annually, inspect, test, and maintain hoods and duct systems in two buildings
(Equipment includes three (3) Ansul, and One (1) Piranha System); perform quarterly cleaning of these hoods and duct systems used for high volumes of fast food frying, char broiling, and oriental cooking and provide service calls to repair hoods and duct equipment as needed. The period of performance is anticipated to be five years, one (1) base year, and four (4) option years, beginning 1 August 2010 through 31 July 2015. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement will be set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 561790 with the small business size standard $6.5 Million. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System.
