Midas Construction invite you to participate in the bidding process of this new construction Hotel/Restaurant project located at the corner of Market and Jefferson in the Downtown West neighborhood of St. Louis City. The former site an AG Edwards/Wells Fargo building that has been demolished. There will be two separate hotel towers connected by an underground parking garage. The Project will consist of two hotel brands, Kimpton and Staybridge, both part of the IHG family of brands. Each hotel will have its own 6 story tower and the buildings will be connected by first floor amenities and back of house area and an underground parking garage. Total there will be over 300 guest rooms, two restaurants, a lobby bar, ballroom, fitness centers, lounge and buffet over 270,000 sqft. Bidding will be done through Building Connected which is an online pre-construction management system. Here bidders will have access to our bid form, plans, relative documents, etc. It is web based and free for anyone to utilize to submit bids. Please note that this project is subject to the City of St. Louis MWBE participation requirements. Non-MWBE certified bidders are encouraged to provide participation in their bids and will be taken into consideration when bids are reviewed. Midas Construction is the General Contractor.
