Request for Proposals The Osage Nation will receive bids for Pawhuska Indian Camp Projects in Pawhuska, OK 74056. Bid packets can be obtained from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office. Bids must be received on or before 4:00 PM January 17th, 2024 at the Purchasing Office of the Osage Nation, 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056 and publically opened and read aloud at 4:05 PM in the conference room 121. A pre-bid conference will be held at ­1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056 in conference room 121 on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. A Zoom link may be requested as virtual attendance is accepted. Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
