The 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron (763 SCONS) is searching for potential sources that can provide 26 ViaSat KG-250XS encryption devices. We anticipate the need to issue a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract for 26 ViaSat KG-250XS encryption devices. Only one source is capable of providing the supplies, due to the proprietary nature of the hardware. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
