The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on behalf of the Commander, United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) to ViaSat, Inc., 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad CA 92009. This contract is for the acquisition of six KG-250X encryptors. Viasat, Inc. is the only qualified source to fulfill this requirement. This procurement will be conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The NAICS code is 334419, size standard is 500 employees. This procurement action is issued on a sole source basis. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
