The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Information Technology Infrastructure Section (DITCO-PL8322), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, hereby submits a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Keysight for repair.  The regulatory authority permitting this sole source acquisition is Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1).  A solicitation will NOT be posted to beta.SAM.gov due to the sole source nature of the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no award will be made on the basis of proposals or quotations received in response to this notice; however, any firm that believes they have the capabilities to provide these products may give written notice to the Contract Specialist at [email protected] within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis.  No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  A copy of the redacted limited sources justification documentation is attached (see Attachment 01).
