KIRTLAND ENGINEERING OPERATIONS SERVICES (KEOS)

INTRODUCTION: This part of the planning process for the Kirtland Engineering Operations Services (KEOS).

REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: All interested respondents capable of performing the KEOS requirement are invited to respond electronically with industry comments on the requirements listed for KEOS Personnel Qualifications. Responses will help us determine if our personnel qualifications are too stringent or not stringent enough based on industry standards.

RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: The industry comments are limited to twenty (20) pages, using Times Roman 12 Font in word searchable format. The industry comments should demonstrate the capability and availability of qualified personnel meet or exceed the required minimum career qualifications identified in the KEOS Personnel Qualifications.  

Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, and  indicate business size (large, small business, small disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, 8(a), or HUBZone) using NAICS 541330, size standard $15M.

Do NOT include any marketing material in the capabilities statement.
