The purpose of this modification is to attach questions and answers. All other terms remain unchanged.


The vendor shall respond to this RFQ by emailing their responses to: Mrs. LaKeisha Gamble, E-mail: [email protected], phone: (210) 808-0190, no later than 12:00 pm CST, 10 November 2014 (Monday) in order to be considered timely.  Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made by the Contracting Officer that accepting that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
