CITY OF KEIZER KEIZER CITY HALL MINOR REMODEL Bids due 2:00 pm, October 26, 2020 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bid proposals will be received by Bill Lawyer, Keizer Public Works Director, City of Keizer City Hall at 930 Chemawa Road NE, Keizer, Oregon 97303, or by mail to Post Office Box 21000, Keizer, OR 97307, until 2:00 p.m., October 26, 2020, and then immediately publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers, at City Hall. Bids must be labeled "Bid - Keizer City Hall Minor Remodel". The name and address of the Bidder shall be included on the outside of the sealed envelope. The contract consists of the following major items: Project includes the minor remodel of Keizer City Hall to provide a physical separation between a public lobby and private office space. Obtain required Plans and Specifications and Bid Package from the Public Works Director at 930 Chemawa Road NE, Keizer, Oregon or download from the City's Web site by using the "Bids, Notices & Public Hearings" link on the bottom of the page at: www.keizer.org.
