The request for quote (RFQ) reference number is H94003-10-Q-0001. The government's intended source for this proprietary equipment is Keithley Instruments, P.O. Box 5176, Cleveland, OH. 44194-5176. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The delivery destination is Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th St, McClellan, CA 95652. FOB is destination for this requirement. The acquisition is for the purchase of a Keithley Instruments Switching Matrix Mainframe (Part # 707A) and three (3) 8x12 Hi Speed LO I Matrix Switch Cards (Part # 7174A) for an existing Keithley 4200 SCS system. The existing Keithley 4200 SCS test system uses a 7174A matrix switch card for testing ARMS foundry wafers. Desired delivery date is no later than 12 weeks after receipt of order.
