This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The NAICS Code is 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. The request for quote (RFQ) reference number is H94003-10-Q-0001. The government's intended source for this proprietary equipment is Keithley Instruments, P.O. Box 5176, Cleveland, OH. 44194-5176. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The delivery destination is Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th St, McClellan, CA 95652. FOB is destination for this requirement. The acquisition is for the purchase of a Keithley Instruments Switching Matrix Mainframe (Part # 707A) and three (3) 8x12 Hi Speed LO I Matrix Switch Cards (Part # 7174A) for an existing Keithley 4200 SCS system. The existing Keithley 4200 SCS test system uses a 7174A matrix switch card for testing ARMS foundry wafers. Desired delivery date is no later than 12 weeks after receipt of order. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. The following FAR clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. DFARS clause 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items. DPAS Rating is DO-A7.
