MT. HOOD NATIONAL FOREST NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE INTEGRATED RESOURCE TIMBER CONTRACT - STEWARDSHIP Bids Due 10:00 am, August 21, 2020 INVITATION TO BID The Keep STEW DxP Integrated Resource Timber Contract is located within Section 32, T.1S., R.10E.; Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 T.2S., R.10E., W.M., Surveyed, Hood River County, Oregon. The Forest Service will receive technical and price proposals (no public opening) at the Mt. Hood National Forest Headquarters, 16400 Champion Way, Sandy, Oregon 97055 no later than 10:00 AM local time on or before August 21, 2020 for an estimated volume of 32,565 TON of Grand Fir and Other Coniferous Species Sawtimber, and 4,478 Ton of Grand Fir and Other Conif erous Species Grn Bio Cv marked or otherwise designated for cutting. Also within the contract area is an unestimated volume of biomass material that the bidder may agree to remove at a fixed rate. Additional information concerning this option is in the prospectus. Also included in the contract are two (2) stew ardship projects to be completed by the Contractor. The contract will be awarded based on a Best Value determination. One award will be made to the Bidder, (a) whose proposal is technically acceptable, and (b) whose techni cal/price relationship is the most advantageous to the Govern ment.
