Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the installation of bulkheads, sand dams, salvage the existing radial gates, demolition of two (2) damaged piers, form and replace piers with new steel reinforced 47B concrete, install new trunnion pins, reinstall the radial gates with modified gate support arms, remove bulkheads, sand dam, place disturbed rip-rap and seed the work area. This project is at the Kearney Diversion Dam located 4.5 miles southeast of Elm Creek, Nebraska on the Platte River. Details regarding this project can be found under the "Documents" tab.
