Amendment 1: The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to technical questions submitted. The following questions and responses are hereby provided:

1. Question: What is the form of the antigens while shipping?

Response: Antigens will not be provided.

2. Question: How will the antigens be supplied? As purified proteins or will you need peptide antigen design and synthesis?

Response: Antigens will not be provided. NIDA is looking for a company that can identify peptide antigens and synthesize them.  

The due date for quotations remains unchanged.

Original description: The purpose of this requirement is to produce monoclonal and polyclonal KDEL receptor (KDELR) antibodies for each of the subtypes of KDELR (KDELR1, KDELR2, KDELR3) separately.
