DLA Aviation at Philadelphia anticipates award of a delivery order with Boeing under the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract (SPRPA1-14-D-002U) to execute the procurement of 8 newly manufactured spare KC-46 aircraft Depot Level Repairable (DLR) items.

The delivery order is planned as a Firm Fixed Price action against the BCOI contract.

Boeing will ensure the parts delivered are the latest configuration using their technical knowledge as the aircraft manufacturer delivering production aircraft. This is an urgent Air Force requirement that can only be provided to meet the delivery timeframe under the existing BCOI contract vehicle. This is not the long-term support strategy for these items. The long-term contract strategy to support these DLRs is currently being developed.
