The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Fluke Electronics Corporation, Everett, WA for the repair and upgrade of 2 each 5700A/Anopt03 Multifunction Calibrators. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
