This is a presolicitation notice. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for the commercial purchase of NetOwl Annual Software Maintenance Renewal for the period of 1 Nov 2014 through 31 Oct 2015 to SRA International, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $35.5M.

As the developer and sole distributor of NetOwl and associated maintenance, this purchase order will be awarded to SRA International, Inc. located in Fairfax, VA. The period of performance for this purchase order is from 1 Nov 2014 through 31 Oct 2015.

The Government plans to use the Internet and email as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging any information concerning this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
