consultative/subject matter expertise; research, develop, test, evaluate,
and validate new or existing analytical capabilities, tools, and models;

develop, advance, enhance, expand, implement, recommend initial or
prototype capabilities, analysis methods, or tools; and provide support in

network definition and software, development. The contractor shall provide
support in areas that include social, economic, and political systems,

infrastructure, adversary industrial, and weaponeering and associated
effects on these capabilities, space systems, modeling and simulation,

unmanned systems, military programs, data science support, and data
services. The Contractor shall also provide analysis and applications

within the aforementioned areas.
