The Berrien County Indigent Defense department is seeking bids for appointed attorney representation for qualified juveniles. Bids are required to be in a sealed envelope and must be received by the purchasing department at 701 Main Street, St Joseph, MI 49085 no later than October 19th at 12:00 PM EST. Bid 2022-067 will be opened on Thursday October 20th at approximately 9:30 EST in room 4C on the 4th floor. Please note that if you have previously filled out the new Affidavit of Compliance for the year 2022 it is not necessary to send another one.
