On behalf of the Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) at the U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem, the Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with reimbursable line items to the offeror who offers the best value to the Government. The requirement is for one base year with two option years.

The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide assistance to the Public Prosecutor's Office (PPO) and the Palestine Civil Police (PCP) in Bethlehem, Salfeet, Ramallah and perhaps one or more other districts. The contractor shall be required to provide training services, modest infra-structure improvement, mentoring, and furnishings/equipment etc. It is anticipated that the services would start on November 1, 2011.
