Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking proposals from highly qualified firm(s) with experience providing and implementing jury management systems (JMS) to be used by the Jury Services Division for the Superior and States Courts of Fulton County Georgia. Through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (“RFP” and/or “Proposals”), the County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Proposers for a web-based Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) secure JMS that provides user friendly web-based access for both potential jurors and court personnel, speedy notification and confirmation/cancellations via voice, text, and email, online chat feature, easy check-ins, kiosks, 24/7 technical support, and automated reminders. The successful proposer shall be responsible for implementation, training, and providing on-going system maintenance, software updates and support for Fulton County Courts, to generate, print and mail summonses for over 500,000 (+/-) potential jurors annually.
