TRANSITION JUMP OPERATIONS TRAINING. The NAICS Code is 611699. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) (see attached sole source justification). The proposed sole source is Las Vegas SkyDiving Adventures, LLC. The purchase is to provide pilot and enough aircraft tach hours for three (3) Double Bag Static Line (DBSL) RA-1 transition jump operations and three (3) Bottom of Container (BOC) Military Free Fall (MFF) jump oprations per personnel with a total of 45 operators. Contractor will also provide a storage facility for parachutes and gear for a total of four (4) days. These services need to be provided from
12 - 16 November 2018. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within two (2) calendar days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
