This is a request for quotation for commercial items to be acquired under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued unrestricted under NAICS 541690, Size Standards is $6.5 million.
The requisition is to develop and instruct Juice Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Courses (please see attached Statement of Work for more details). The contractor shall provide the following items on a firm fixed price basis. Award will be made based on the best value quote for the specific commercial service required.
