03 June 08: This posting serves as official notice the JTC TRS FINAL RFP has been posted below. All interested parties are reminded the Contracting Officer is the sole focal point of any exchange with potential offerors. Therefore, all correspondence relating to the JTC TRS program shall be addressed to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Melvin Boykins at (937) 255-2571 or [email protected]. Should questions pertaining to this acquisition be directed to your organization by other than the Source Selection Authority (SSA) or the Source Selection Team (SET), the inquiry should be directed to the Contracting Officer. The Source Selection Authority is the only person with authority to release information regarding an ongoing source selection. Offerors should draw their attention to RFP, Section L, Table 2.2 for receipt of proposal schedule.
