The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Missile Systems. This order will provide for the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) AGM-154A-1 and AGM-154C Integration and Test Planning Support for the Turkish Air Force (TuAF) F-16 General Avionics Computer (GAC) Block 40 Aircraft Integration and Test Program. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Raytheon has a unique knowledge base of the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) as a result of its design, development, and modification of these weapon systems since the early 1990s. Accordingly, Raytheon is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein.
