The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-10-G-0006 with The Raytheon Company (Raytheon) for the analysis and integration of the existing Common Unique Planning Component Weapon Planning Environment (CWPE), through the Foreign Military Sales Program with the Royal Malaysia Air Force. The period of performance will be 15 October 2013 through 28 February 2014. The projected contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Raytheon is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the JSOW CWPE; and as such, is the only known firm with the knowledge, experience, and technical expertise required to accomplish this effort.
