GENERAL INFORMATION: Raytheon Company has a unique knowledge base of the Joint Standoff Weapon System (JSOW), as a result of its design, development, and modification of these systems. Accordingly, Raytheon Company is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein.
