The NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC)/White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) plans to conduct a Preproposal Conference for the Test Evaluation and Support Team (TEST3) Request for Proposal (RFP).  This notice is to provide presentation slides and identify the TEST3 Preproposal Conference and One-on-One meeting dates, time, and registration process.

Attendance at the preproposal conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation.

Purpose

This Preproposal Conference is intended to assist industry in understanding NASA's requirements for the TEST3 RFP (80JSC020R0026). This conference and associated One-on-One meetings will be Virtual Only utilizing Microsoft Teams. Preproposal slides are attached to this notice.

Individual industry participants will need to complete all portions of the registration document as requested.

One-on-One Meetings

The One-on-One meetings will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Each offeror who requests a One-on-One meeting will be provided a thirty (30) minute time slot identified by the TEST3 Contracting Officer. No more than one meeting will be provided per offeror. The number of participants per offeror will be limited to six (6) persons. Recording is strictly prohibited. All questions answered in One-on-One meetings will be made available to all offerors on a non-attributable basis on beta.sam.gov.
