MICC Center-Fort Knox, KY intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis, to Scholarship and Financial Aid Services (d.b.a. College Options Foundation), 115 Lloyd Avenue, Tyrone, Georgia 30290. The contract will be for administrative, management, operational, logistical, and transportation support to execute both web-based competition and live National level Leadership Challenge and Academic Bowl for the Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AJROTC) program within the U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period of 29 September 2015 through 28 September 2016. The NAICS code is 711310 with a size standard $32.5 million.
