Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Knox intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to OUTDOOR ODYSSEY 450 Boy Scout Road - Boswell, PA 15331 to support the United States Army Cadet Command 2nd BDE JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge during the two periods of 10 -14 June 2019 and 24 - 27 June 2019 with no option period.

This requirement is to provide facilities, lodging, logistical support, meals, training areas, and training activities for 180 Cadets along with 45 Cadre support. Market Research has demonstrated that Outdoor Odyssey is the only entity able to meet all lodging, meals, and facility requirements within the geographical location required.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable to this notice.
