The City of Peoria is seeking a qualified design team and general contractor to provide architectural and engineering services and construction services for the new Jomax Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Operations Building at 12483 West Jomax Road in Peoria, Arizona. The Professional Services contract and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract will be independent contracts, awarded to separate entities. Please submit only for the CMAR contract.
