CALL FOR BIDS CITY OF POULSBO JOHNSON PARKWAY AND SR 305 ROUNDABOUT NOLL CORRIDOR – SOUTH SEGMENT PROJECT CN2020-06 Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Poulsbo at City Hall, 200 NE Moe Street, Poulsbo, Washington 98370-7347, until 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 22, 2020, as stamped by the official bid clock located on the Engineering Department counter. Bids will therefore be opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for Bid Opening will not be considered. Contract shall be awarded on or after May 22, 2020. Bidders shall familiarize themselves with RCW 39.04.350, effective May 22, 2020. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee (certified or cashier’s check or approved bond) payable to the City of Poulsbo in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal price. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Poulsbo. The City of Poulsbo reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a Proposal of the lowest responsible Bidder, reject any or all Bids, republish the Call for Bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the City is served.
