The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award the purchase of "On Site Software suite 7 training" to Esko-Graphics. The purchase will be made under FAR part 13.

This acquisition will be made under a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) as there is only one responsible source. The JOFOC is per FAR part 6.302-1.

The hardware and software currently operating in the BEP consists of proprietary components originally manufactured by Esko. Due to the proprietary nature of the equipment and associated software, the On Site Software suite 7 training award will be made directly to Esko-Grpahics.
