The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award "Renewal of Annual Maintenance with in Computer Security Document Design System (CSDDS)" to EskoArtwork of Miamisburg, OH. Attached to this notice is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC). This will be a FAR part 12 acquisition. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract.

EskoArtwork is the only vendor able to provide annual maintenance for the CSDSS software which is proprietary to EskoArtworks. In addition hardware support services and software upgrades are available through this contract at no additional cost to the Government.
