The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1366 – 36th Avenue Sanitary Sewer at 15th Street B to C Project work includes the installation of a new 8” DIP sanitary sewer along the south side of 36th Avenue (frontage road) between 15th Street B and C in Moline. Please note: Due to specialized funding, this project has some additional conditions included under the “Bidding Instructions” given in the proposal documents. This project is being re-bid due to the requirement of the Contractor to have active status in the System for Award Management (SAMs) system and DUNS number upon submission of bid for opening. See the bidding instructions for more information. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. Bid packages are available online only. Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open.
