The Subcontractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to provide grounds maintenance services for Jefferson Lab, Newport News, Virginia. Jefferson Lab (JLab) is a major Laboratory facility managed and operated by JSA for the Department of Energy. This work includes, but is not limited to mowing and trimming operations, removing litter and debris, weeding, pruning, planting, and other defined services.
