This contract includes work associated with a new park development including pedestrian circulation, gathering areas, architectural features, and landscaping. Work elements include, but are not limited to: Storm drainage utilities, Concrete & asphalt pavement, Specialty Concrete, Site electrical & lighting, Demolition of pavement & walls, Metal handrails & guardrails, Metal structures, Parking lot line painting, Concrete seating & walls with reinforcing, Hydroseeding, Plants & planting, Irrigation, Site furnishings, and Soil preparation. Additive #1: Construction of a "Wave Feature", including steel manufacturing, concrete footings with underground protection, paint finish, and additional concrete paving as shown on the materials and dimensioning plans. Additive #2: In place of standard gray concrete, install Lithocrete concrete surfacing with red/orange seeded glass mix for paving area C5. For paving area C3, in place of Lithocrete concrete surfacing with red/orange seeded glass mix, install Lithocrete concrete surfacing with yellow seeded glass mix.
