The Naval Station Weapons Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting information from potential sources to provide VSAT for the JEXC2 system.

The purpose of the sources sought is to obtain information capabilities for JEXC2 VSAT.

Attached is the JEXC2 VSAT Requirements spreadsheet; which shall be completed in response to this sources sought, along with the completed market research document entitled Market Research.

An Industry Day for this requirement will be conducted in Panama City at the La Quanta Inn located across from Naval Support Activity Panama city on 9 January 2018. Contractors will be allowed to provide a static display of their proposed system to meet the Governments requirement. Please coordinate your time with Tommy Bushman via email as identified below to reserve a time for the static display no later than 15 December 2017.

The procurement will be for eight systems with the possibility of an additional 132. A Firm- Fixed-Price type contract is anticipated. The NAICS code is 334220 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. NOTE: This notice is for planning purposes only.
