The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Detention Center Houston, Texas, intends to make a single award to a responsible Quoter for the provision of a Jewish Rabbi to carry out Jewish Worship Services for the inmate population at the FDC Houston. It is estimated the base year will include a total of 12 sessions. A session is defined as on one (1) hour period. The contract type is indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of one (1) twelve month base year and four (4) one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government.
