This contract includes all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed by a Jewish Rabbi. The Jewish Rabbi shall conduct Jewish religious worship services and ministrations sufficiently educated in Jewish Law (halakhah) and tradition to teach and possessing the skills, knowledge, training and certifications, such as semikhah, necessary to perform the tasks described herein. The Jewish Rabbi must be an individual educated by a school with a Masters of Divinity degree (or its equivalent) and in good standing with their religious endorsing agent or equivalent, knowledgeable of the Jewish faith, beliefs, and traditions and able to provide services to meet the guidelines set by the Torah for Military Services. The Jewish Rabbi shall be experienced and fully qualified to perform the required services without any supervision or direction by Government personnel. The contractor shall support all service member's rights for religious expression and freedom as provided by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Title 10, and AR 165-1 by providing opportunities for service members to freely practice their religion. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, New Mexico and Texas State Law(s), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Army and installation regulations.
