BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE EVALUATED FROM BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WHO REGISTERED AND ATTENDED THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE IN PERSON, AND ALL OTHER OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. Bidders MUST be signed in by 10:30 am Pacific Time or bidders will not be allowed to attend the mandatory pre-bid and site visit. Bidders who attended the pre-bid conference for the previous solicitation, DASPS-1032-19, held on June 5, 2019, are not required to attend the pre-bid confer ence.
