The Missouri Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Red Alert, Inc. dBas Vampire Airshows located at 5753 Hwy 85 N. #2612 Crestview, Fl. 32536. The NAICS code for this requirement is 711510 and the size standard is $7,500,000.00.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services to provide one (1), w/ an optional second, Jet Powered Warbird aerobatic aircraft demonstrations for the 2016 Sound of Speed Airshow at the 139th Airlift Wing; Rosecrans MAP, Saint Joseph, MO.  

The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The proposed effort will be procured in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures.
