The Sewer Field Operations division has the need to replace and upgrade the electrical/SCADA RTU panels at 10 lift stations per year over the next 5 years. The City of Cocoa operates 58 Wastewater Lift Stations. Approximately 50 of those stations require an electrical/SCADA panel upgrade. Parts for the current panels are obsolete and no longer available. We have upgraded 7 panels to date. The scope of this bid is to obtain materials required to build RTU panels per attached specifications for the upgrade of 10 lift station RTU panels per year over the next 5 years. The work will be completed in house by qualified City of Cocoa, Sewer FO staff. This bid is for purchase of the RTU Panels. There is no Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for this bid. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing prior to the date and time as indicated in the solicitation schedule.
