Description:

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F2QF378050H002 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items:

1. Jeppesen Milplanner; Software license for 12 copies of a modern mission planning engine capable of
planning world-wide mission, full aircraft modeling algorithm, incorporate military airspace, produce flight plans compatible with E-4B avionics (Jeppesen DB), accommodate in flight fuel on loads, plan for in-flight orbit, delays and holding, validate flight plans for EUROCONTROL'S CFMU, incorporate European ERAD and CRAM data to optimize routing, European OAT routing, electronically file worldwide flight plans with air traffic control, address and send flight plans to appropriate agencies, overlay appropriate agencies, overlay current weather with projected flight path produce worldwide approach.
2. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
