The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to acquire access to a commercially available electronic library of terminal aeronautical charts, diagrams and textual information in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Coast Guard's (USCG) global aeronautical navigation requirements. Jeppesen, a subsidiary of Boeing Company, is currently the only commercial firm that maintains a sufficient global library of instrument approach procedures to meet NGA's stated need. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Boeing Company, The, 7700 Boston Blvd., M/C 7920-1001, Springfield, VA 22153-3144, under the authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price with a period of performance of 9 March 2015 through 31 December 2015 with an Option Period commencing 1 January 2016 through 31 March 2016.
