This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes to Rhonda Williams by 3:00 PM, EST, Tuesday, September 8, 2009, via email at [email protected]. Quotes shall be accepted by email only. No other methods of submission will be accepted. Phone calls will NOT be accepted. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This contract will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Parts 12 and 13.
